Our field service teams are on the front lines helping customers get the most out of their technology. They partner with internal team members, including sales, technical support, engineering, clinical, and marketing, to improve the customer experience and product usability, serviceability, and reliability.
In this role, you'll provide service support on a broad range of technologies, including sophisticated laser and optical delivery systems, radio-frequency, and CO2 devices, and manage the installation, maintenance, or repair of hardware or equipment installed in the field.
