Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is a leader and is responsible for leading their regional teams to meet or exceed their revenue targets each quarter while staying in compliance with Cutera's Code of Conduct and Sales Compliance Certification. The RSM will develop sales strategies for the region and implement process improvements (e.g. – value selling/solutions orientation/sales funnel utilization) to drive sales revenue growth.

Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive the success and growth of your sales region by developing your team to generate leads vigorously and successfully
  • Execution of company sales plan to meet or exceed revenue quotas
  • Recruit, hire, and train qualified Area Sales Managers (ASM) and Territory Managers (TM)
  • Meet with prospective and existing customers to provide product demonstrations and close on all products confidently
  • Lead weekly phone calls with each ASM and TM with the call objectives clearly outlined, including weekly sales calendar and funnel review
  • Extensive travel throughout the designated geographic area, 70%

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with five-plus years of regional or territory sales management in the Aesthetic industry, strongly prefer within Laser sales
  • Proven successful sales track record required with documented success
  • Experience with SalesForce.com or similar system preferred
  • Proven ability to recruit, train and lead
  • A detailed history of achievement in a leadership role
